Google Play won’t let a new app go public until twelve people have tested it for fourteen days straight. Vegan Lens is finished and waiting on exactly that. If you have an Android phone, you can be the reason it ships.

It has to be the Google address signed in on your phone — that’s how Play grants access. Used for nothing else.

  1. You leave your Google address. One box, above. A different address means the install link simply won’t open for you.
  2. We add you and send a Play link. One email, with a short list of what would be most useful to poke at. No APK to sideload, no developer mode.
  3. Keep it installed for a fortnight. That is Google’s actual requirement. Use it as much or as little as you like — uninstalling early is the only thing that breaks it.
  4. Tell us what’s wrong. A verdict you disagreed with, a screen that looked broken, a moment you didn’t know what to tap. Bad news is the point of a test. Reply to the email, or write to support@veganlens.app.

What do I get?

iPhone?
Not this test — it’s Google Play’s closed track. Join the launch list instead and we’ll tell you the day it’s out.
Will you see my food log?
No. Testers get ordinary accounts with the same row‑level security as everyone else. We see what you choose to tell us, and crash reports with no food data in them. The privacy policy applies unchanged.
What happens to my email?
It goes on the Play tester list so the link works, and we email you about the test. Nothing else, nobody else. Ask privacy@veganlens.app and it’s deleted.
